Build up digital competences of youth workers and capacities for organisations by providing practical training opportunities in line with the competence & assessment frameworks developed in WP2 of DYW SNAC I.
Support practitioners in making connections to current and upcoming policies e.g., European youth strategy, the Bonn process, Digital Education Action plan (2020-2027), the Digital Europe Programme.
Provide insights and data from practitioner trainings and policy reflections to ensure that NA Digitalisation Strategies align with current and forward-looking needs in the field.
Increase the number of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects addressing the digital transformation priority and encourage peer support as a means of professional development.
