We aim to enhance the quality and impact of the Erasmus+ Programme across all formal education sectors—schools, vocational education and training, higher and adult education.
Our main focus is on supporting National Agencies in designing Training and Cooperation Activities (TCAs) - European seminars that offer a wide variety of training, networking, and partnership-building opportunities. We provide strategic guidance, tools & resources to help National Agencies deliver these activities.
For education institutions and organisations new to Erasmus+ or already carrying projects, TCAs create opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. We also operate the SALTO-ET.NET Platform, where you can find, apply for, and stay updated about upcoming TCA seminars!
We were founded in 2018 and are operating in Budapest, hosted by the Tempus Public Foundation.
Our Aims
We aim to make Training and Cooperation Activities (TCAs) a driving force for quality, collaboration, and innovation in the Erasmus+ Programme.
- Raise the quality and impact of Erasmus+ projects across all education and training sectors.
- Promote strategic use of TCAs to influence programme development and support policy goals.
- Foster stronger connections between educators, organisations, and stakeholders across Europe.
- Provide a clear, accessible online central hub for TCA collaboration and applications—bringing all data, tools, and opportunities together in one place.
The Education & Training TCA Working Group
The Working Group is a team of highly experienced TCA Officers who have been supporting the Training and Cooperation Activity community. Made up of colleagues with deep knowledge of Erasmus+, they work closely with us to share expertise, advise on improvements, and help shape TCA processes—from planning right through to follow-up—so that activities run smoothly and effectively.
They also lead peer learning sessions for colleagues, support newcomer TCA Officers, and meet with us four times a year to review plans and activities.
