Training for trainers

Description

This training course invites trainers and educators of youth workers to:

  • Reflect on the meaning and role of learning in youth work and in their own training/teaching practice.
  • Explore the resources and tools developed within the FOCUS learning project, designed to make learning in youth work more visible and intentional.
  • Experiment with these materials and adapt them to their own training/teaching contexts and scenarios.
  • Exchange experiences with other trainers and educators, and co-create strategies to strengthen the quality of training in Europe.
  • Contribute to the further development of the FOCUS learning project.

Together, we will strengthen the quality of training for youth workers and foster a deeper understanding of learning at the heart of youth work.
