Activity objectives

Learning goals:

  • To understand the benefits of creative processes leading to innovation processes taking place at an individual, organisational and community levels. 
  • To look into the future and analyse, signs and predictable trends relevant to Youth Work.
  • To experience innovation exercises and participatory workflows to generate social change.
  • To feel confident to replicate innovation processes learned and integrate them in personal development and in the organisation's regular practices.

Description

The course will provide opportunities to explore future trends, creative thinking techniques and
learn how to approach youth work challenges with innovative solutions. Participants will also learn about Erasmus+ and other funding opportunities for innovation development.

The activity will take place from 25th to 31st of March 2026  (travel days incl.) in Estonia.

Format:

  • 5 full days face-to-face learning experience.
  • Focus on flexible space and time, and conditions for creativity and innovative mindset encouragement.
  • One online meeting before and one online meeting after the training.
  • One facilitated innovation sprint online for the participating org (to involve other colleagues) if applicable. 

Costs

Coverage of participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Coverage of travel costs

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.

Coverage of other costs

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
