Activity objectives
We will create a space…
- to share practices, methods and tools on inclusion, mental health, volunteering, and sports.
- to learn about projects on inclusion, mental health, volunteering and sports in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps.
- to strengthen learning between the fields of inclusion, mental health, volunteering and sports.
Description
Youth work and volunteering are powerful forces for resilient, democratic societies. They help young people build skills, confidence, values, attitudes, and a sense of belonging—shifting communities from division to connection and from apathy to participation. Yet no single actor sees the full picture alone: expertise is not owned but shared. This conference brings together the fields of mental health, inclusion, volunteering, and social sports, drawing on the work of four SNACs as the current European Youth Programmes cycle concludes. Grounded in give-and-take, it will be centred around young people’s voices and needs. It will unite practitioner, institutional, and youth perspectives to harvest impactful practices and advance societies of well-being.
