Activity objectives
The Nordic Thematic Seminar 2026 aims to:
- Support high‑quality project implementation in Erasmus+ Youth and ESC
- Strengthen organisational capacity and strategic thinking
- Promote meaningful youth participation
- Foster long‑term Nordic cooperation and partnerships
- Inspire participants to translate cooperation into concrete impact
Description
Building on previous Nordic Thematic, the 2026 edition will look at how cooperation can be turned into sustainable practice, strategic development, and real impact — for organisations, young people, and local communities.
(Theme 2026 – From Cooperation to Impact)
The seminar will explore how Nordic cooperation can move beyond good partnerships and become:
- Strategic – embedded in organisational structures and long‑term planning
- Inclusive – involving young people as co‑creators and partners
- Sustainable – environmentally, socially, and organisationally
- Impact‑driven – creating change beyond the lifetime of a single project
Key thematic areas may include:
- Cooperation across organisations, sectors, and borders
- Youth participation: from involvement to partnership
- Long‑term Nordic networks and project ecosystems
- From project results to lasting impact
- Learning, quality, and organisational development through cooperation
These themes reflect the evolution of Nordic Thematic Seminars over recent years and respond to current challenges in youth work and European youth programmes.
