Description
Innoved Lietuva is a non-governmental non-profit organisation, operating as a mobility center for youth and youth workers, focused on raising European awareness about non-formal education as an effective tool for self-development and youth participation.
Project objectives
Our main activities are based on intercultural learning by using a non-formal education and youth programs in order to increase youth participation in international and local context. We have established strong partnerships with NGOs, youth councils, universities, municipalities, startup centers and other institutions all around the Europe.

Methodology
It’s been 10 years we organize youth exchanges and training courses in Lithuania and send Lithuanians to projects abroad, so we know what being a good sending organisation means:
- We select participants carefully so that they fit your criteria.
- We support participants in all stages of project implementation - experienced project coordinator is taking care of the group from preparation to dissemination phase.
- We make the project visible online and provide full support to participants to organize dissemination event(s).
