Aims & Objectives:

  • Introduce and promote a Self-Assessment Tool for Quality Work with Young People developed in Malta
  • Equip youth organisation representatives with practical skills in reflective practice and evaluation
  • Foster a culture of organisational learning and accountability
  • Enable participants to lead participatory quality assurance processes
  • Facilitate the exchange of tools, approaches, and evidence-based strategies across countries

Description

This training supports youth organisations in strengthening the quality of their work through a Self-Assessment Tool developed in Malta. It brings together youth workers, organisation leaders, NGO representatives, and National Agencies to explore practical quality assurance methods, reflective practice, and organisational development. Participants will exchange good practices, develop action plans, and build partnerships to improve quality within the Erasmus+ Youth Programme and beyond.
