These guidelines, developed by the SALTO Resource Centre for Inclusion and Diversity in Education and Training, provide an overview of steps that every National Agency should consider if it is interested in implementing an inclusion-minded Training and Cooperation Activity (TCA) or Long-term Activity (LTA).
