Established in January 2018, the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship is an institutional alliance of 11 Erasmus+ National Agencies (NAs) and 4 SALTO-YOUTH Resource Centres (SALTOs).
Coming together under a joint strategy, supported by the Transnational Cooperation Activities (TCA) budget line of the Erasmus+ EU Programme and by the NET budget line of the European Solidarity Corps, means that NAs and SALTOs can follow a common vision, work collaboratively and increase the impact of their work.
Guided by 6 main objectives:
1. Provide visibility, recognition and leverage the role of youth work in the youth employability and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
2. Support the contribution of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps to the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy (2019 – 2027) and other European youth employability and entrepreneurship-related policies.
3. Strengthen the cooperation and synergies between local, regional, national and EU initiatives on youth employability and entrepreneurship, and support peer learning.
4. Increase the development of sustainable partnerships, good practices, quality projects and foster innovation.
5. Reinforce the contribution of youth work, and of Erasmus + and European Solidarity Corps to the acquisition and recognition of competences among our target groups.
6. Enhance understanding and promote the use of EntreComp, DigComp, GreenComp and LifeComp, as well as of Youthpass.
Priorities: Youth employability; social entrepreneurship; social innovation; social inclusion; competence development & recognition; promotion of EntreComp, DigComp, LifeComp & GreenComp; mental health & well-being; solidarity & volunteering; women’s entrepreneurship & economic empowerment; environmental awareness, sustainable development & eco-literacy.
Meant for:
- Non-profit sector – including youth workers, trainers, NGOs, youth organisations, youth councils or forums, private foundations, research institutes, universities, think tanks etc.
- Public sector – including EU, national, regional and local administrations, participative budget initiatives or other grass-root initiatives, schools, VET youth employability/entrepreneurship support structures e.g. career/employment offices etc.
- Private sector - companies and social enterprises, HR structures, CSR unions/representatives, incubators, accelerators etc.
- Young people (special focus on young people with fewer opportunities and special needs)

Capacity-Building, networking and knowledge-sharing activities:
- 2018 - 2024 60 residential & online international events (2300+ participants from 50+ countries)
- 2025 - 10 international events & 1 national event

Who is involved?
National Agencies for Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps in Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, North Macedonia, Poland, Spain and Türkiye, as well as SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus, SALTO South East Europe and SALTO Training and Cooperation. Associated partners include the Community of Madrid, the Government of Cantabria and the Santander International Entrepreneurship Centre (CISE) in Spain.
