Description

The introductory training enables participants to plan and implement youth exchanges (Erasmus+ Youth) - from the initial idea to designing the programme and filling in the application.
This includes the following content:

• Getting to know the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus+ programme and youth exchanges
• Developing ideas and designing programmes for youth exchanges
• Learning about non-formal education, active participation, intercultural learning and their role in youth exchanges
• Creating a financing plan
• Learning about the application process 

In small teams, participants will practise and reflect upon all important planning elements of a youth exchange. The training is based on the principles of non-formal learning. 

Das Einsteigertraining ermöglicht es den Teilnehmenden, Jugendbegegnungen im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ Jugend von der Idee über die Programmgestaltung bis hin zur Antragstellung zu planen. Dazu gehören u.a. folgende Inhalte: 

• Philosophie, Ziele und Prioritäten des Programms Erasmus+ im Hinblick auf Jugendbegegnungen 

• Entwicklung von Ideen und Gestaltung von Programmen für eine Jugendbegegnung 

• Non-formales Lernen, Aktive Partizipation, Interkulturelles Lernen und ihre Rolle in der Programmgestaltung für Jugendbegegnungen 

• Erstellen eines Kosten- und Finanzierungsplans 

• Tipps für die Antragsstellung bei Erasmus+ 

In kleinen Teams werden anhand konkreter Projekte alle wichtigen Planungselemente einer Begegnung geübt und reflektiert. Dabei wird punktuell für die interkulturellen Aspekte und Stolpersteine solcher Projekte sensibilisiert.
