Activity objectives

This 3-day in-person training (spread over 5 days including travel days) aims to develop a comprehensive understanding and demystify the notion of impact in the development of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects.

More specifically:

• Equip project leaders to better grasp the notion of impact and anticipate desired changes
• Better understand the need for effective dissemination of project results
• Better identify E+/ESC programmes' expectations regarding impact and dissemination, thereby improving the quality of applications and final reports on these aspects

Are you working on projects with young people funded by the European solidarity corps and/or the Erasmus+ programme and looking for ways to better showcase the changes they generate? Then this training is designed for you !

Youth-led projects often emerge from an idea, a need, or even a sense of dissatisfaction. They take shape, evolve, and eventually conclude. But what do these projects truly achieve? Who are they targeting? Who gets to see them, and what kinds of change do they inspire? These are the questions we invite you to explore together during this activity 

Participant Profile

This training is intended for:

• Representatives of an organisation or an informal group of young people that has developed at least one Key Action 1 project under the Erasmus+/Youth programme (Youth exchanges, Youth worker mobility, Youth participation activities) or 1 solidarity project within the European Solidarity Corps AND/OR;
• Representatives of an organisation holding a valid Quality Label (lead role) under the European Solidarity Corps and having completed at least one ESC volunteering project (coordinator, tutor, project manager, etc.) 
• You are aged of min. 18 years old
• You have a good command of English
