Andriy Pavlovych, expert
Andrij joined SALTO EECA back in 2004, which makes him — by his own admission — the oldest "dinosaur" in the team, still roaming enthusiastically through the landscapes of partnership building, capacity development, and youth policy with a particular focus on the Neighbourhood East countries. Andriy firmly believes that, despite difficult times, the Eastern Dimension of European youth work will grow strong again — and that Europe, in its wider geopolitical sense, will never give up!

Anna is the vibrant heartbeat behind our Training and Evaluation Cycle for volunteers, making sure everything runs smoothly, and with her big heart and natural empathy, she’s always there for volunteers. She works closely with trainers and organises events with focus on trainers’ competences. She joined SALTO in 2022, but with years of experience in youth exchanges (since 2016), she knows how to create meaningful learning spaces. Music and mountains keep her energised and inspired - whether it’s bringing rhythm into teamwork or finding fresh perspectives from high up in the peaks.
