For National Agencies

We work hand in hand with National Agencies (NAs) across Europe to bring the Erasmus+ (E+) programme to life in the field of Education and Training (E&T) — with a special focus on making it more inclusive for everyone.

Our mission is simple: to help NAs strengthen the inclusive dimension of their work. We do this in two main ways:

• Strategic planning around the horizontal priority of inclusion and diversity (ID)

• Capacity-building for NA staff, especially inclusion and diversity officers (ID Officers)

ID officers — appointed by their NAs and supported by their colleagues — are champions of inclusion and diversity. They raise awareness, share knowledge, and inspire action within their agencies. They also help their teams build the skills and confidence needed to make inclusion and diversity a core part of everything they do.

To support them, we provide a range of tools, resources, and opportunities designed to make their work easier and more impactful. Our goal is to empower ID officers and all NA staff to not only strengthen the inclusive dimension of the Programme but also to better support applicants and beneficiaries in bringing inclusion and diversity to life in their projects.

• Mentorships – personalised, expert guidance tailored to each NA’s needs

• Research – insights focused on the needs of NA staff and beneficiaries
