Capacity and Community Building for Practitioners

Cpacity and Community Building for Practitioners

We support the capacity building of practitioners by offering diverse learning opportunities and resources tailored to mentors, coaches, solidarity project organisers, as well as representatives of municipalities and other organisations.

Through our activities, we aim to build a thriving European community of practice around the European Solidarity Corps, providing space for professional development, peer learning, and networking. We create expertise, develop resources, raise awareness, and foster a deeper understanding of the programme and its roles.

We connect people, organisations, and institutions, promote international cooperation, and encourage quality and innovation. We commit to strengthening the programme’s impact and contributing to a more inclusive, supportive, and empowered community of practitioners across Europe.

SoliDARE – Community of the European Solidarity Corps
SoliDARE is the annual international community event for everyone active in the European Solidarity Corps. It offers space to organisations, youth leaders, and project teams to share experiences, explore common challenges, and co-create solutions.

In addition to the main event, regular online meetings provide opportunities to exchange on specific topics and strengthen connections throughout the year. SoliDARE fosters inspiration, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging among those shaping solidarity in Europe and beyond.

The TEC- Forum is a recurring international meeting that brings together trainers and National Agency staff involved in the Training and Evaluation Cycle (TEC) of the European Solidarity Corps. It offers space for reflection, co-creation, and professional exchange to improve the quality of learning support within the programme. With a thematic focus that evolves each year, the forum strengthens networks, builds shared understanding, and fosters a vibrant community committed to the values and impact of the European Solidarity Corps.
