Mentoring under Construction is a growing community for practitioners and organisations working with mentors in the European Solidarity Corps. It connects mentors, project managers, coordinators, trainers, and youth workers dedicated to supporting young volunteers.
The community offers opportunities to exchange experiences, share good practices, and strengthen mentoring practices in the European Solidarity Corps. It creates space for dialogue among practitioners and promotes a shared understanding of quality mentoring.
Mentoring under Construction provides space for connection and learning through residential events, a facilitated facebook community page, regular online MeetUPs, a dedicated podcast series, an online Learning Hub, and the Mentoring in European Solidarity Corps Competence Framework. These offers foster collaboration, reflection, and continuous learning, aiming to enhance the mentoring experience and contribute to meaningful, well-supported volunteering experiences.
