SALTO SEE contributes to Beyond Borders – Neighbours Together, a long-term strategic cooperation among National Agencies and the regional SALTO Resource Centres that supports youth cooperation between programme and partner countries within the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programmes. Its objectives are:
- to support quality partnerships and projects between programme and partner countries;
- to contribute to further developing youth work and its recognition in the participating countries;
- to increase the visibility and recognition of the experiences and expertise that have been developed in this field;
- to raise the knowledge of National Agency colleagues, project organisers and other stakeholders about the added value and the specificities of this cooperation.
In the framework of Beyond Borders, we regularly co-organise partner-ship building and other support activities involving youth work practitioners from programme countries and all the neighbouring regions (Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and Caucasus, South-Med region).
Supporting more high-quality projects involving cooperation between programme and partner countries contributes to the dissemination of the core principles of the EU Youth Strategy and the Youth Goals in the participating countries.
