Description

This training helps participants to use AI-supported tools effectively, weigh up the opportunities and risks, and develop practical applications for their work – particularly in the context of Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

The training aims to empower professionals to integrate AI effectively into their practice. The focus is on:

  • Understanding AI and digital transformation: insight into key developments, terminology and areas of application in the context of youth work and civic engagement
  • Practical use of AI tools: familiarising participants with and trying out selected applications for planning, communication and project work
  • Reflection on opportunities and risks: addressing ethical, educational and organisational issues
  • Application to one’s own practice: developing strategies for the sustainable integration of digital approaches into one’s own organisation
