Description

Are you ready to elevate your youth work organization through international collaboration?

This Partnership Building Activity (PBA) is specifically designed to unlock the potential of Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers (KA153-YOU). The activity provides a dynamic space for youth workers and project managers to connect, share realities and develop concrete project ideas.

The primary focus of this PBA is to foster meaningful connections that will pave the way for future Study Visits, Job Shadowing, Youth Worker Exchanges and Peer Learning assignments. By participating, you will have the opportunity to find reliable partners, brainstorm innovative project concepts and build the foundation for impactful staff mobility formats.

Expected Results & Objectives:

By the end of this activity, we aim to achieve the following:

  • High-Quality Applications: Facilitate the development of new, high-quality KA153-YOU project applications with a strong emphasis on staff exchange and mobility activities.
  • Sustainable Partnerships: Establish long-term, reliable collaborations and networking channels between diverse youth work organizations.
  • Methodological Exchange: Create a solid foundation for future peer learning, job shadowing, and the exchange of best practices in youth work.

Target Group Profile:

This activity is for highly motivated Youth Workers and Project Managers who:

  • Are actively planning to develop and submit a KA153-YOU application in the upcoming Erasmus+ deadlines.
  • Are strongly committed to executing staff mobility activities (Study Visits, Job Shadowing, Youth Worker Exchanges and Peer Learning) within their organizations.
