To ensure that our work stays relevant and connected to the realities of the youth field, we regularly consult and cooperate with two advisory groups: one for the European Training Strategy (ETS) and one for Youthpass. These groups help us reflect, improve, and keep our work aligned with the needs of practitioners and organisations across Europe.
The advisory groups meet twice a year. During these meetings, members:
- share insights and expertise from their work in the youth field
- help shape the development of the ETS and Youthpass
- advice on priorities, challenges, and emerging needs
- reflect on trends and developments in youth work
- contribute to the quality and relevance of our activities, tools, and approaches
- provide direct feedback on the annual work plan of our team
Their input helps us stay close to the needs of the field and make sure our strategies and resources are useful to the people who use them.
Who Is Involved
Each advisory group is made up of representatives from institutional partners and experts from across Europe. Together, they bring a wide range of perspectives from practice, training and research, turning the groups into a strong and diverse pool of expertise.
By working closely with these advisory groups, we can ensure that ETS and Youthpass continue to grow in quality and relevance and keep our work connected to practitioners, organisations and the national reality of the National Agengy network, helping us shape a meaningful support for the European youth field.
