We strengthen youth work in Europe by offering learning opportunities, practical tools and support mechanisms in the youth field. Our work is based on the diverse perspectives of trainers, youth workers, organisations, and National Agencies to improve training opportunities and make the learning of young people more visible.

• We develop competence frameworks and learning tools that support the professional growth of trainers, youth workers, and National Agency staff.
• We design and run training activities that help improve the quality of youth work and strengthen learning across the field.
• We develop Youthpass, helping practitioners and young people recognise learning, and make their development visible.
• We create educational resources that deepen the understanding of youth work, learning processes, and recognition.
• We build connections across Europe, bringing together National Agencies, organisations and experts to share knowledge and strengthen youth work practices.

We work in a participatory and strategic way. We involve advisory groups, practitioners, and National Agencies in shaping our work, and we actively contribute to European cooperation initiatives and policy discussions. This helps us reflect on youth work together, respond to real needs from the field, and support its ongoing development across Europe.
