We work closely with the National Agencies of Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps to strengthen the quality and impact of youth work across Europe. This cooperation is essential for making the European Training Strategy (ETS) and the Youthpass strategy come alive in practice.
Together with the National Agencies, we co-create training activities, educational resources, and strategic initiatives that help the programmes grow and stay connected to the needs of young people and practitioners.
Our cooperation includes a wide range of activities designed to support National Agencies in their roles, enhance their capacities, and provide space for learning, exchange, and development.
Through our joint work, we:
- implement the European Training Strategy (ETS) and promote competence-based approaches at the national level
- support the implementation of Youthpass and strengthen the recognition of non-formal learning
- develop training activities for youth workers, trainers, and NA staff
- create spaces for exchange within the network
- create educational materials and tools that help NA staff in their daily work
- foster strategic cooperation between NAs to share expertise, improve practices, and innovate
- contribute to shared processes that improve the overall impact of youth work in Europe
Co-created Learning Opportunities
Many of our training activities are developed together with National Agencies. This includes:
- residential training courses
- seminars and strategic meetings
- conferences
- online workshops
- long-term training formats
By working together, we make sure that competence development and recognition of learning are integrated into the European youth programmes in a meaningful way. It also allows us to connect practice with policy, support innovation, and strengthen the quality of youth work at the European level.
